Music Magpie. Used them twice recently, once to buy and once to sell, and excellent service. Quick payment when selling, quick delivery when buying, and very fair prices.

Ive actually got excellent refurbished apple stuff from Amazon and Ebay before.

With the latter obviously make sure the seller has a good history, but you can get some excellent 3rd party resellers on there. I've bought 2 iPads from them in the past and had them both for years.

You can also check your local Computer exchange shop or look at their website online - http://uk.webuy.com/

Granted, they aren’t refurbished in the sense like the Apple site offers however I purchased my iPad 6th gen from there and have been well pleased with it. If you are looking for a mint condition iPad, just pop down to your local shop and have a look (if not in a tier 4 area).

After Apple refurbs, for us in the UK the next best option would be Amazon Refurbs. Also CeX is quite good, although its second hand tech, not refurbs, but they do provide warranties. At the moment everywhere is closed though under Tier 4 restrictions.

I bought my wife an iPad 6th gen 18 months ago (it was the current device at the time) from CeX. It was listed as B-grade but came in the original box, and without a scratch that I could see. Still works absolutely great.

One tip with CeX - compared to new prices, the cellular versions are excellent value because they are only a tiny bit more than the Wi-Fi only iPads. And I think the higher storage versions are very good value too.

You get free delivery if you order online - and if you don't like the state of the device you can always return for free (and Royal Mail now collect from your house, so you don't even have to spend time going there).
