iPad Pro Website Tinting IPad Pro 12.9

I installed IOs15 on my 2nd Gen IPad Pro without issue. However, in Safari settings, I do not have an option for Website tinting. It is in settings on my IPhone11 Pro Max (Also on IOs15). Also in search on IPAD (Safari settings) the "Safari Suggestions" button is greyed out but on IPHONE it is available Any ideas?

On the iPad, it's replaced by "Show color in tab bar".

sparksd thank you. It looks like i already had it selected. I don’t understand why Apple likes to name the same process/option different on different devices. Does make it confusing at times.
