Website to browse iPhone applications?

There was a killer site that had all the appstore applications and their ratings that you could browse thru. I got the link in some thread here, but I can't find it again.

No its a like a copy of the legit appstore. You could browse categories and view top apps and the most important thing was it had the ratings for each app.

I review App Store Apps at AppStoreApps.com. It has my personal ratings for the apps. . .and top iphone app lists(pulled from iTunes). . .but it's in no way a 'copy of the legit app store'
