appshopper.com, or you can buy the $1 appsniper app in the appstore... it lists the latest price drops and new apps in real order (unlike actual store) it provides complete listings except for reviews (it does give the star rating) and you can snipe or watch an app to be notified when apps drop to your target price or receive an update. It also lists the top apps in each category. All in all, I use it more than the actual app store, except that I still need apple's store to buy the apps.

AppBoxx also does this(and logs the rest of the App Store Activity like new and updated apps).

I'm hoping for an update to AppSniper. It caused such long backup times that I have removed it until one comes that is more efficient in how it caches data. Functionally, it is great, and I miss having it.

Hi iFerd,

We submitted an update to AppSniper earlier this week to fix some stability issues as well as the long backup problem that you're running into. We hope that it will be approved in the coming days.

There is a button on the new version that lets you clear the icon cache prior to a backup which will fix that problem for now. The next version will fix this properly so that you don't need any manual intervention prior to a backup.
