week 22 mbp?? please help..

i just returned the blackbook to compusa literally an hour ago and i am going to research more and wait for all the wonderful people on here to give me advice. i have another question for everyone. all compusa has in stock is week 22 mbp, is that new enough that the whine/moo/heat issues would be fixed?

i think so, but am by no means sure, i have the whine and heat probs with a week 14..... use the search tool, i think this has been covered before

edit: nevermind. read too fast and thought it said MB instead of MBP.

I would think that a week #22 MacBook Pro would be okay.
