Weird analytics on iPhone 11 Pro.

There are sexual health monitoring analytics on my iPhone 11 Pro (refurbished, purchased late last year). I do not own an Apple watch. Health data is disabled on phone. No health apps connected. These health analytics started in early April. Also, since early April, Name, Phone Numbers, Email and Payment & Delivery are greyed under Apple ID. I am unable to reset my Apple ID password or email. Sign out is also greyed out. Whenever I would sign into Facebook or Instagram, it would come up as logged into three iPhones (also started in April). Ive stopped using the phone until I am able to take it to be completely reset at Apple store. It also says 'iPhone restarted' when I turn it back on, like it never shuts down.

Here is some of the analytic data, there is over a month of analytics repeating the same thing, it's not just on the one day -

Nobody that visits these forums can make heads or tails of iOS logs. Obviously your iPhone is messed up.

Try to reset it by plugging it into a Mac and restoring it from the Finder

Have you tried to Restore your phone and setup as new (ie not restoring from back-up)? Also, since this phone is within the 1 year warranty, have you taken it to Apple for diagnosis?

It looks like you are not being honest here. You didn’t get a new phone and those just didn’t appear out of nowhere, you hacked your girlfriends phone in April, that’s what’s happened.

It looks like you might have installed spyware, hacked, logged into her iCloud, synced, or burned your girlfriends sim card. Just know if you did that, then she can also see everything in your phone as well. Anything you can see about her she can see about you if she has any common sense and had an inclination this was done to her, she would easily be able to look at your stuff, kinda like a paper towel roll if you look in through one end you can see the other side, but if someone else puts their eye on the other end they can see what’s on the other side too. Has your girlfriend accused of anything and you’re thinking how does she know that ? Because when you opened up that direct line to her phone, she was able to open one back right to you which seems only far since you should not have been doing that at all.

I know exactly what these analytics mean but first I want the truth that you are reading these on your phone but they are from your girlfriends phones. We both know you did not get a new phone and there just appeared, no you got a new phone in April probably because you had access to her phone and wanted to spy and so you synced it to a new phone. Just be honest no one is judging you here, Then I will tell you everything. It’s fine I won’t tell her, but trust me she already knows because she can see all of your info on her phone.

I have this going on with my situation and am not comfortable within my own home because it with half a dozen children involved and have had zero help from authorities. I believe router spoofing has been involved among many other things that are disturbing because it is being done from someone in our home. I do believe someone has a MDM service on our devices.

This is just normal diagnostic info from the Health app that comes with iOS 13 and WatchOS 6. Apple talks about the menstrual cycle tracking feature here: https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT210407

If you look data posted, you'll see that the values are almost all zero or null (null means "nothing" or "empty"). For example:
"biologicalSex":null and "settings_fertilityPreditictionEnabled":null. So no data is being collected.

The section "isOnboarded":0 means that the user hasn't gone through the process of starting to use the app for cycle tracking.

Looks scary, but it's not.
