iPhone Weird Animation Bug

I am having a weird random issue with my animations. It tends to happen when I open a folder and my phone is running lower on ram. The animations will go away and it's almost as if I turned on/off reduced motion. A restoring fixes the issue, but wondering if there is a more permanent fix or anyone having a similar issue.

I have springtomize 3, iconomatic, winterboard and a few other tweaks installed.

I read from a different form that iconomatic was the issue. I ran into the same problem. I have just kept springtomize 3 and ditched iconomatic and have not had a problem since. Good luck!

That is what I figured was causing the issue. I don't want to give up the icon shadows tho. Thanks for the me response.

Not a problem I didn't want to leave you hanging because I know how annoying it is. I tried installing and uninstalling everything, but then found the issue online. I would much rather keep a steady animation speed then that reduced motion type effect and have those nice icons. I can deal with it.
