Hello all,

I've updated to iOS 9 on my 6 Plus and have noticed some weird and annoying quirks that hopefully other people have experienced and my have a solution:
  1. When opening the Mail app, it opens the iCloud mailbox by default even though that is at the bottom of my list and I have set Gmail as my default in Settings for Mail, Contacts and Calendars.
  2. When finally getting back to the correct mailbox and opening an email, it opens and automatically opens the email halfway down the message so I have to scroll back to the top.
  3. When doing google searches in Safari, when the search results load it shows the page halfway down the screen and I have to scroll back up to the top.
Couple of additional notes: I recently received a replacement phone as part of the iSight camera replacement program and I set up my phone as brand new and did not restore from backup. I also did not have any of these issues while on iOS 8.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For now, I'm very happy with IOS 8 that's loaded with apps, music and pictures for my iPhone 6. What I don't need is any lags or other problems mentioned on here.

Had severe lagging with iPhone 4 with it's first update. Now the 4 is used with the app Manything.

Apple will fix these problems in time.
