Weird App Installing

If anyone can help that would be great. I have an iPhone that has an app that says installing and it won't allow me to delete it. On top of that it shows up no where in my purchases so I can't even figure out what app it is. I was trying to avoid resetting my phone so if anyone can help that would be great!

Don't bite me but have you tried rebooting the phone. You can also try deleting the app in Storage.

Do you have automatic downloads turned on for apps in the settings>iTunes and AppStore?

Download and install iOS 9.3 beta 4 public or developer after signing up your device or paying

And it will be fixed
