Weird App Store Pricing?

I was looking at Cro-Mag Rally, because I heard it was on sale. I saw the search page showed $4.99. When I tapped on it, it changed to $1.99. It's the same thing on my Mac. Which price is it? I have to budget how much I spend on iPhone apps, and $4.99 is out of my range for the week. Thanks.

It's showing as $1.99 for me, but I didn't buy, so take that with a grain of salt.

The price is $1.99.

Sometimes the overview view price is delayed.

If it charges you $4.99, then definitely get a refund from Apple.

It says 1.99. Buy it. If you get charged 4.99 just report it to apple and tell them it said 1.99 when you bought. They will give you your money back.
