iPhone weird at&t messages inside of apps on jailbroken device

Hey all, i don't even know where to start with this one... this started about a week and a half ago. weird at&t data messages started appearing throughout almost all of my apps. i will post pics showing...the weird thing is that this doesn't happen in safe mode so i know that a tweak causes this....and there's also been really bad ram usage, i have an iPhone 4S and my free ram ranges between 20 to 5mb at all times...and i'm sure this doesn't happen in safe mode. its gotten so bad that my phone is really hot all the time and i receive text messages late as if my phone is going to slow to receive them on time...i basically always have my phone in safe mode now as i cant afford to have texts show up late alongside the ram issues....the only time text messages used to appear late in the past was if i were paying a large ram consuming game such as Dead Trigger 2. but its like this all the time even when i have the phone locked or in homescreen. my phone runs fine in safe mode and i don't get any of the weird messages...also i kill all the apps and nothing helps...all of this started when these weird at&t data messages started appearing in all of my apps...i dont even have an data plan.... i really hope you all can help, thanks.

Well, it's obviously the AT&T logo from the status bar at the top.
Something is pushing it out of the status bar somehow.
In your safe mode pics it shows AT&T in the top left.
In the regular mode, it's not there at all.

Now as to what is causing it, not sure.
I would start with anything that modifies the status bar.
Most likely the tweak that is adding the date and free memory to the status bar actually.
Otherwise, you'll likely need to go through all your tweaks and disable one-by-one until it goes away.

i used springtomize to remove the at&t logo when i first jailbroke my device so its not that... and Status Modifier which i just installed a couple days ago to put ram in the status bar, so it cant be that either because this started maybe 2 weeks ago...

it keeps saying things about data literally everywhere...its so weird and i don't know whats causing it....it doesnt happen in safe mode so its obviously a tweak but i just cant figure out what tweak would put those there... and its in like almost every app i just posted one...

My advice to you is what anyone else on here will offer... Unless it's something that's happened before to someone, the only way you can find out what it is is if you do process of elimination.
