For a few weeks now whenever I receive a call when the screen ISN'T locked I get a pop up saying "incoming call forward". Weird thing is I can still answer the call perfectly fine, and i have verified that call forwarding is actually OFF. Does this on a clean install too, ever since 3.1. Anyone else see this issue?
