iPhone 8/Plus Weird email problem

Hey,

A family member of mine is using an 8+ on 13.2 with the stock mail app. Whenever the phone isn’t connected to our WiFi the phone won’t retrieve their email, like when they’re out and connected to LTE. It says at the bottom “Can’t connect to: server name“ or something like that.

Has anyone experienced this at all? How to fix?

Yes. Mobile data works, just not in the mail app, apparently.
