Hello guys
need your help. I bought an imac 2011 27 inches with gpu failed and changed it with the k2100. It worked for a week then suddenly black screen. I checked the leds and the first 2 worked. at the beginning i thought it was the screen led panel board broken so i ordered a new one...nothing. then i thought it was the screen, so i bought another imac but nothing. then i thought it was the gpu, so i bought a gpu but nothing. The weird thing i noticed is that when i use the heatsink from he second imac, only the first led will turn on, when i use he old heatsink till the second will turn on.
I can hear the chime, i tried to reset the prvram but nothing. I have no idea what can be the cause. I have even tried with a new PSU, i tried with different cable and tried to plug it at different plug in my house....nothing.
the last status with the 2 leds is the fans are running super fast and loudly.
