Hey guys,

Has anyone else experienced this weird glitch with their iPad (see attached photo)? Part of my general settings disappears and I have to often restart my settings for it to eventually reappear. I‘ve also reset my iPad before, but it keeps persisting.

I have only had my iPad for a couple of months.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you on iPadOS 13.5?

It’s unlikely to be hardware.
Does it persist in both orientations when you change with it already occurring?

I hate to say it but it could potentially be an SSD read issue. I would call Apple and see what advice they have. If you have only had it a couple of months and bought it new calling apple will start a incident report with them. Plus it is still under AppleCare.

You said you rested it - did you wipe it and do a fresh install like it was new? If not you can try it although I know what a pain resetting it up is.

We just purchased a 2019 10.2 iPad 32GB for work. It is used by our security to monitor cameras. So far it is working perfectly.
