Weird Google text issue

I have a strange issue that so far I have only noticed when performing a Google search, which is that the text on the first search result looks very strange ... almost like some sort of faux-Medieval font ...

I am a total idiot when it comes to computers and just want to be reassured it's not some sort of virus, and just a harmless bug?

I rarely visit websites aside from basic internet shopping and some gaming. I have not been on any "naughty sites" or downloaded any pirate videos etc ...

Attached is a picture. You may need to zoom in to 100% to see the text as I am seeing it.

I have contacted apple. They do not recognize it and indicate that it is not a known bug..

To answer the PM you sent me no I haven't yet found a solution, but I haven't had anything bad happen aside from the bug itself.

As long as it's an otherwise harmless bug, it's not serious enough to make me want to wipe my Mac and start over, I just wanted to confirm I didn't have some kind of virus.

Thank you for your response. So I can confirm that there is no virus active. I have this problem on an iMac that I took out of the box a few days ago. Still, I hope the problem is resolved quickly.

If I may speak for myself, I only have this in Safari with the first search result via Google. Other browsers works fine.
