Weird iOS 9 Update Prompt occurs sporadically

Within last week or so, I have been getting this popup saying that a new iOS update is available and that I should update from the iOS 9 beta. Normally, if this thing happens 1 time, I would ignore it and think of it as a freak accident. But this has now happened twice. I can't tell you how frequently this popup has appeared as both times it was at random intervals. Both times I have gone to Software Update and checked for a new iOS 9 update, but nothing came up.

Anyone else have this problem?

Running iOS 9 PB on iPod Touch 6g.

A number of different discussions about this week. Seems like some timed reminder prompt in the betas either on purpose or due to some glitch.
