iPhone Weird issue/glitch on jailbroken 4S, anyone else?

So when I hold down home button (to activate Siri for example) I see the apple logo, and the phone reboots into safe mode. Once I restart it goes back to normal.

Anyone else notice this issue?

Tracked the issue. It was the swipesiri tweak that I had on 5.1.1. Wasn't that cool of a tweak but glad I found it.
