Hey guys,

I have this weird issue, when I select file and drag and drop it into the Bin to trash it, my screen goes all funny as soon as I hover the file over the trash icon, all the screen colours change but as soon as I take the file away from the bin its fine, very weird !

I have checked my RAM and there is nothing wrong with it, done the usual maintenance checks through Disk Utility as well, very annoying...

I assume you've tried restarting your Mac. You might also try deleting the following file:
/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist
Then enter the following command in Terminal, followed by pressing enter:
killall Dock
Also, you may have better success in attracting responses to your thread, and you'll make your thread easier to find for those browsing the forum for the same answers, if you change your thread title to something more descriptive. To do so, click the "Edit" button on your original post, then click "Go Advanced" and you will see where to edit the thread title.

mine does this, too. I'll have to give these options a try when I get home.
so does the com.apple.dock.plist file regenerate itself after you restart your computer?

Yes plist files generally are recreated when the app is launched.
