So i have windows 10 and as we all know itunes had a major issue with windows 10 and recognizing iphones on itunes.

I did the process to update the drivers and it seems to have worked for my 6s, whenever I connect my phone it now pulls up on itunes.

I updated my 5s to 9.1 and I was hoping that it would work, but its not getting recognized by itunes.

any ideas or clues?

iphone 6s 9.1 (works with itunes)
iphone 5s 9.1 (does not work with itunes)

Itunes 12.3.1

Windows (updates drivers for Itunes already)

You have to uninstall iTunes and the mobile drivers (don't worry, you'll iTunes content will remain nicely tucked and won't be deleted). Then reinstall iTunes and you should be good.
