Weird iTunes Error: Unable To Load Dataclass

I'm not sure what this is, but ive gotten it several times from restoring and updating to 2.1 on my Mac on iTunes 8

I am getting this error as well on an XP-based PC running iTunes 8 and 2.1 on a 3g. It just started happening today after I did a full initialization (restore base firmware and set up iPhone as new phone rather than doing restore).

Contacts won't sync and same error message

I have the same error message, though the message is in french; Contacts have stopped from syncing and I cal is completely greyed out in the Itues 8.01 menus. I read a post saying its a real 2.1 bug and we have to wait for a fix....


BTW does someone know when Mobile me wil accpet bi-directional syncs ? Normally you get new adreeses and contacts whilst you have your Iphone, not your Imac.. then it make sense to be able to store contacts first on the Iphne and then sync it on MAc or MM.
