My phone without any reason(didn't fall neither hit Something or touched water) started to have those kinda saturate colours and i can see a lot of layers of the other apps or Windows i already closed. I tried to reboot, update the software(that's why we can see an apple in the bg ) the background is white so everything you see aren't supposed to be seen so i don't know what to do...

RIP English grammar sorry

Hopefully you have a good backup somewhere(iCloud-iTunes).. I would do a full restore of iOS.. if it still does that take it to Apple..what model is that?.
