I can't remember exactly what I did last night, but when I went back to the laptop I had this message on, and I don't know what could've caused it. Is it possible that I caught a virus? I'm using 16inch MacBook Pro M1 Max with macOS Monterey.

I should note that I couldn't quit it, so I restarted the computer and it went away.

Please help!

Do you have any active AV solution running? If not then download Malwarebytes (it‘s free) and do a scan.

That library call has been used in the past to install malware - doesn’t mean it was here though. A scan however should help.

@TiggrToo thank you for your answer! I did install Malwarebytes and it showed no threats detected. Is that clear confirmation that I'm OK, or should I do something else? I really don't know why it showed up, and it stayed like that for couple of minutes, that verifying didn't seem to move. I wonder if it could be related to audio production, which is what I use this computer for, since I saw couple of people mention that library call in their problems:
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253471601
https://www.reddit.com/r/GarageBand/comments/sb12f7 But the problem is I'm not using neither GarageBand nor Logic Pro, I use Cubase. But still, maybe it's related to some audio-plugins, and not a virus.

I think you may be OK and yes, it sounds rather similar.

Malwarebytes, although not perfect, is close to an acceptable gold standard for these types of issues.
