Weird 'minimizing window' thing my Mac did. Any Suggestions?

When I came back to my computer I clicked some applications that were minimized in the lower portion of the 'dock', I noticed that Parallels had 2 windows instead of just one, but I couldn't open them at the same time. Really weird, anyone know what might of happend? (btw just found out how to take snapshots of my computer, SICK!)
