Specs:
Mac Pro 5,1 Dual 6 core CPU, 64GB RAM 8GB GPU (RX580)
Optical bay: SSD w/ Mojave 10.14.6 and OpenCore - Martin LO 0.7.5 Package (To protect the BootROM)
Bay 1 Data Drive
Bay 2 Data Drive
Bay 3 Really slow platter with successful Windows 10 install
Bay 4 Target SSD for either clone or fresh install of 10 (I loaded Home before I had the dual tray, kinda wanna upgrade to Pro)

I tried to use the same install media I'd used to load Home on the platter (I was doing proof of concept before I popped for a new drive.) I put the USB in the front ports of the 5,1 and it just hangs at the blue Windows logo forever. I pulled all the drives but the OC drive and the SSD, nothing still stuck.. Reset PRAM, nothing. Made a new install media, repeat above steps, still nothing.

On the Windows side, every time I try to clone the disk with any software (I used Macrium and Acronis TrueImage for Crucial) it fails to be able to make a snapshot and the clone stops. I also tried cloning it from the OSX side and it failed with no reason given (EaseUS)

I did it before. What am I missing?
