I randomly got this message that popped up on my iPhone 6. Is this something I need to worry about? Has my iPhone got a virus? or is it just nothing?

thanks heaps :)

Were you in an Internet browser when that popped up? When you double-tap the home button to get the app-switch view, does that message show as being in a seperate window, or will it not even allow you to do that?

Thanks for replying!

I wasn't on the Internet when it popped up but it is in my app-switch view.

Sorry I'm so dumb, it's not in my app-switch view, what I was seeing was my screen shot of it. Haha

To clarify, I wasn't on Internet browser and it isn't in my app-switch view.

Sorry bout the confusion.

Not to worry at all! So if you were to switch to a different app, does that pop up? As in, does it show in every app? Or just when you go to the home screen, for instance?

Hmm, in which case that beats me, I'm afraid. The dismiss button is certainly synonymous with Apple's UI, so I suspect it may be an OS hiccup. I'd definitely recommend you send the screenshot off to Apple Support though.

It's basically a FlashSMS message that pretty much anyone can send. Seems like probably spam of some sort.
