So ok. I ordered a Mac Pro on saturday. I was hoping I'd have it by the end of the week. So I emailed and asked if would possibly be shipping earlier, this was 2 days ago.

So it shipped on Wednesday night. And is on its way.

Someone responded to my email, and they somehow decided that I wanted to return the Mac Pro. So two problems here:

1: It is a CTO, no returns
2: I don't even have it yet

Here is where it gets better. The day after I ordered it I already had a pending charge on my account. Today it is gone, and they have shipped it.

So, I dont think they would have shipped without taking the money. I am going to wait it out til it shows up. If I am not charged by then I will call.

It seems as if the RMA did this. Because in the email the rep sent me, it said this: "Because you contacted us before your item left our warehouse, we have submitted a request for a return authorization" But she did say that I couldnt cancel or change it. Which doesnt make much sense.

This situation is a little confusing. Any insight?

Man... confusing is putting it midly. It's possible they may just have FedEx (or whoever shipped it) return it to them.

From what it sounds like you do want the system, so if they deliver just sign for it I guess and then call Apple and explain to them what happened. You may want to ask to speak to a supervisor and have them handle it.

I most assuredly want my Mac Pro. I don't know why the Rep put in an RMA. Apple told me that the Mac is on its way to me, so I shouldn't worry about it.

I will just give it a few days and see what happens on my CC. And I will see if the Mac Pro shows up next week.

My Mac Pro is an hour away and still no charge or pending charge.
