I'v been having some weird service problems and I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. My service is very unstable in my house even when the phone is sitting in one place. The bars will constantly go up and down, but it usually maintains either 3G or Edge. But when I get onto a call, the phone seems to lose all data connection. The 3G will go Edge and then will go to the little circle and then to nothing. Often times the bars will drop all the way down also. The second I end the call, the circle comes back, then immediately changes to Edge and then back to 3G. I get a lot of dropped calls as a result and most of my calls cut out at some point. This also only started happening a few months ago. I have gotten the phone and the SIM card replaced with no improvement. Any thoughts?

Call your provider (611 from the phone for US and Canada), and inform them of the issue. They may be having tower issues, but no one has reported it to them.
