Weird shadow in dock

Hello everyone,

when I minimize an app, I sometimes get a strange shadow at the bottom of the dock.

Has anyone seen this before, where does it come from? Is this a bug? So far I've only noticed this on my external monitor, it also happens with other apps. Anyone an idea?
