Weird System (root) Library Font Size?

I navigated into my root Library (/Library) and the font changed to size 16....
from the normal 12

Is that normal? Did I do something at some point?

in the Finder, go to Views, and go to Show View Options; if it's at 16, change it back...

Thanks, but I didn't ask how to fix it, I asked if it's supposed to be that way or if I hit something at some point.
