Has anyone been through this? My Airpods Pro aren't charging when I place em in the case. I have to wiggle them a bit and make sure that they are charging before putting them away otherwise ill come back to 0%. I spoke to an Apple specialist via Imessage and he asked me to find someone with Airpods pro and try putting it in their case so that we can isolate which one needs replacement and to avoid unnecessary replacements and to save time and resources. Now lol I understand why he said this, absolutely. But to be honest Most people I know I use 1 gen Airpods or some other brand and is this something we want to be messing with during Covid? I guess it depends on how they feel about Covid to begin with lol
