You can add/remove/move the Privacy Report button https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/customize-the-safari-window-ibrw1012/mac
LMAO! I'm sorry, but this reminds me of my dad after something changes in a Firefox update... something as small as a color change of a button throws him completely off and he starts perceiving other things that either aren't there at all, or he did himself (unknowingly).
