Hi,

This is the status of my order on the TNT website:

09 Sep 2007 Shanghai Shipped From Originating Depot
08 Sep 2007 Shanghai Consignment Received At Transit Point
08 Sep 2007 Shanghai Consignment Picked Up

Yet the Apple site states October 5 as the delivery date. Surely not? The website also has another "Consignment" underneath, dated from the August 21st, but I didn't order till the 27th? :confused: This one includes Stockholm.

Any ideas what the hell is going on?

TNT reuse parcel numbers...confusing isn't it.

Should I really be looking at another 25 days? Over 3 whole weeks? :eek: That must be a mistake... right?

Consignment Passed Through Transit Point

Does anyone know how much longer from this point to arriving in England?
 
About three days. From Arnhem, it'll probably go overnight to their UK hub in Hinckley, Leicestershire, then overnight to your local distribution point, then out on the road for delivery on day three.
 
I wonder if someone can help me on a related subject...

I have ordered a 2.8 24" online and yesterday the order status switched to 'Shipped' with consignment number details and confirmation that the carrier is TNT. When I click on Track the Order it just states that its on its way to me.

If I try and use the consignment number on the TNT site to track it it just says 'Not Found' - I checked again this morning and it says the same. The number I am using begins with a '80'.

Is there a delay before TNT updates their system?
