Hello guys,
I bought and started using my new 11 Pro Max yesterday. Made a transfer from my old iPhone 7. I noticed that cellular (4g) signal is quite weak with no correlation of my location. I called my carrier and they told me that signal is very strong where I am, and that the problem is in my new iPhone.
Should I ask for the replacement phone or is it possible that it is linked to some software bug?

When you say its weak, do you mean the number of 'bars' you have in the icon on the handset, or the actual performance while using data via cellular?

Ive noticed that the number of bars is always very low, but using data seems fine, and I'm getting good speeds when I run a speed test.....hence could be a visual thing with the cellular strength icon?

Yes, I meant the bars. I should have been more precise. :)

i just ran speed test and it seems fine. It could be bug in the iOS.

Update: just made more speed tests. With 3 bars average download speed was around 200 mbps, and with 4 bars it was close to 240.
