I don't know where else to post this, but it seems like SoundCloud has just randomly stopped working on Google Chrome. When I try to play a track, nothing happens—just silence. This is with the latest version of Chrome on the latest stable release of Ventura, 13.3. I've restarted my machine (working off my M1 MBA), and the issue persists. The SoundCloud Chrome App has the exact same issue. I can go to SC on Safari and it works perfectly fine... so I guess that's what I'll be doing since it's randomly stopped working on Chrome. Anyone else experiencing this strange issue?

SoundCloud seems to operate properly on my system, but then again I'm on a MacBook Pro 2019 (i9) running Monterey, so there are some differences. Chrome is not really my browser of choice, but perhaps I'll try it on my M1 MBA running Ventura as well.

I'm using a 2021 14" M1 Max running the latest Ventura public beta. I normally use Safari, but I tested the latest version Chrome and SoundCloud worked for me no problem after I figured out how to unmute the tab.

Hmmm, interesting. The tab is unmuted for me.

Okay... an update: it works on a different Chrome profile other than my main one, so it very well could be an issue with a setting I have turned on (idk what that would be though).

I have run Soundcloud for years on my iPhones but as you know Soundcloud does not have a native Mac app. Here is the solution it access's your SoundCloud account so all of your SoundCloud stuff is there. plus it adds Shazam to its goodies. Loaded it this morning and I am very pleased with it.

I have read that SoundCloud is tweating their API, so maybe that is what is happening.

I have an account, but I haven't put anything on there yet. I've also bought a few albums from my friends on there.
Several new age artists that I have been following for more than 30 years are on Bandcamp it is a real pleasure purchasing their music knowing the 85% of my money is going to the artists.
