really sucks actually... hmm i have an idea i'll export it to word and then pages 08 will turn it into a file i can use

I hope they release the next iwork suite by August, i don't want to upgrade when thats right around the corner

There is a patch, yes. It's called iWork '09.

Exporting word document worked.

But I remember being a windows user and being frustrated with sending word documents and having them like not open on the schools computers and stuff... Never ran into it on a Mac..s. I kno wtwhwt like people to upgrade, and I will soon, but it's frustrating if I wanted to send a document to my sister and she can't open it... It makes sense for it to be compatible
