Tonight we're having a 50's party! I'll be Elvis! :)

However, it seems impossible to find music suited for this. Ie, music from the fifties.

I have searched for "1950" and "50" and so on. Elvis is easy of course. I've found a "100 top of the 50's". But I want more.

I'm convinced that there could be like one thousand more playlists containing music from the 50's, but I can't find it. What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked the "oldies" section? Go to new, Apple Editors Playlists. Theres a ton of 50's playlists there. Just start queuing them up using up next so you have have music going for hours.

Thanks for the tip!

However, I think we may have different sections, maybe due to I'm in Sweden or have chosen other preferences. Because I can't find any 'Oldies' section. The closest I get is 'Rock', and I can find some good playlists there (but not so many 50's).

Ohhhhh.....well yeah that might make a difference. In the US theres an entire oldies section with a lot of 50s playlists.

Just play the 50s releases of Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Jerry Lee Lewis, Fats Domino, Bo Diddley, The Platters (only if someone wants to "slow dance") and Pat Boone. Just kidding about the Pat Boone.
