Which Video CArd for an Mac Pro 1.1 ( 2.1 tiamo ) ? normally update to ELCAPITAN

I have Actually ATI 4870 1giga , i want replace this last one for more power

Do you have some cards recommandations ?

You should look for reference design and reference output layout (DVI, HDMI and two mini Display Ports).
I'm sure there are many more, but most used and safest bets are Gigabyte and MSI here on forum.

I'm not sure what exactly you meant with this, but HD7970/R9 280X will work OOB in Mac Pro (10.8.3 and newer), but if you get reference card it can easily be flashed for boot screens and all working ports.
