What a resonable price for a monthly or yearly fee on a app with helpful info that always is updated?

Yeah, I think it definitely depends on the info. I would pay a lot more for an app that tells me the winning lottery numbers two hours before the drawing than I would pay for an app that tells me when it’s garbage day in Chattanooga, TN.
