Just wondering if anyone is having success with other type Macs? I ordered my BTO Dual Power Mac G4 on 9/2/03 from the online Apple Store. Thought I would give the update it a try but to no avail. 
Apple was a lot more generous last year.
I bought my iBook in July 2002 and my other half bought her iMac in April 2002 and we both qualified and got the Jaguar update when it came out that fall.
