Some nice adblocker : Wipr, Adguard, 1Blocker
1st one doesn't have any subscription and no option, but the two other have many options and are better

I’ve used Wipr for years on my Mac and have always been happy with it. I didn’t even know he has a version for iOS until recently. It works great and I appreciate that it’s a one-time purchase and not a subscription. If you’re not interested in configuration it’s a good deal at only two bucks.

I have to second AdGuard. And it's not an ad blocker, but Shut Up! comment blocker is nice.
