What AirPods to order?

I keep losing my AirPods, what model can I order that has the AirTags like feature built into the case so I can track them while they are in the case?

Does that work over the same mesh networking the AirTags work with?

What models lock themselves to my devices so anyone that finds my lost AirPods can't just sync them to their phone?
