I tried hand brake and DVD to iphone converter and they wont let me put them into itunes. its getting very irritating. can anyone help me?

After you convert the files, you need to import them into iTunes.

i am doing that. it wont import into itunes. i even bought a movie from itunes and it says its not playable on the iphone... whats going on?
