...is how stingy Apple is with their charging/ USB-C cables.

What is this... a charging cable for ants?

Could you please make it even shorter, Apple?

they do have 2 meters on the Apple store ,just not as standard in the box. Would make sense as if you start giving people 2 meter cables, they'll be a rush of users saying "My cable is too long"

Can't please everyone.

Not just Apple does this. The charging cable that came with my recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S10e phone is ridiculously short.

I’m talking about the iPad Pros and MacBook Pros. Not phones

So you're pretty happy with Apple overall if your biggest gripe is cable length.

Yes why are they so stingy? These are pro devices. So why are they so cheap and stingy by giving pros such short cables when we pay premium prices?

It didn’t used to be like that.

Who needs a 2 meter iPhone cable? Not many people. More likely to be tripped over. If you charge a phone on your nightstand you probably don't need 2 meters.

It shouldn't really matter which cable... The answer is still the same.

A 2m cable being too long? Come on.

There will always be those who would want more or less anyway.. You can't stop that happening.

Like just we get the right tool for the job, you also get the right cable you need... Why should this not be the case ? Plus the cost factor
