Universal WHAT APP IS THIS?

My school has a virtual scavenger hunt during the Xmas break with an iPhone as the main prize. One of the 42 items on the list is to download this app (pictured), however I have no clue what app this is and am hoping someone can identify it.
Considering finance is my major, I’m guessing the app has to do with investing and/or banking. Any help is appreciated. I’ve searched the App Store for the same icon but no luck.

how in the heck can I complete the upper part of the logo?
I’ve searched tirelessly for the past month and all I know is still that it’s a finance/investing app. Nobody completed the project.
