What are the best ways to download flash video on a web-page?

Although Sothink Web Video Downloader for Firefox v5.7 downloads most of the time, there are many sites where it does not work.

Anyone have any suggestions of other ways to download flash video on a web-page?

In Safari: Windows->Activity. Then locate the big file, double-click, and voila!
No need for 3rd party downloader.

No need for 3rd party downloader.

The OP uses Firefox, not Safari, and the Activity window method won't work on all Flash videos.
