I'm assuming that Apple will keep the 20 inch display and focus on what's underneath the hood, but even if they get rid of that and go even to 22 inches, does anyone think they will allow 1 TB hard drives into the lower end machines?

I only ask this because I tried configuring a 20 inch on the online Apple store and it only allowed me to go to 750 Gigs.

Anyways I know there is zero info out there on the future of the iMacs other than that they will be refreshed, but was just curious for you veterans out there if it is common for them to update the amount of space these computers can handle as well.

install a 1tb yourself, problem solved

also, dont bump your threads

Alright my bad, wasn't sure if that was shunned upon here.

Assuming they don't allow a 1 TB option and I buy it myself, would I just run the OSX disc on it?

Thanks guys. Really reassured now.

Can't wait for the announcement!:D
