What are the essential iPhone apps to have on your phone?

BSD Subsystem: It is required to run any app.
Summerboard: Customize your iPhone!!
Make it Mine (MIM): Set your own fake carrier name!
Gemlogic: Bejeweled with a twist, awesome game
iSolitaire: 'nough said
Light: Turns your iPhone into a flashlight
LightsOff: Game that tests your logic
Pumped: Log in your car's gas consumption and see whats your gas mileage
Converter: Converts between many different units (example: kilometer to mile)
This are the ones in my opinion that are a must have to pass through boredom times and through any general situation.
Edit - This are the essential applications for me, but I have way more than the ones listed here.

where do u get the addons from? i had iphysics but only had the 2 initial levels that came wit it and always wondered why people loved it so much
I use VNC and iPhone Remote A LOT when I'm not at home. I love being able to access all of my videos (in combination with component cables) at a friend's house on a big screen.
