What are the things the user can input into the Health app?

I'm thinking about buying a phone that has iOS 10, and thus the Health app. So I'm wondering what are the things the user has to input into the Health app before one can start to use it.

Meaning - what would I let the doctor check upon so I could input that data into the health app.

I did a quick search to see if I would find that info, but to no avail. I'm pretty sure about height and weight though

To start using Health you input:

• Contact info (yourself)
• Medical Conditions
• Medications
• Emergency Contact
• Blood Type
• Weight
• Hight

whatever you want but things like heart monitor, calories burned & such will need for you to have a tracker on. the only data it collects on it's own is steps.
