iPhone What are these files and can i delete them ? (Picture inside)

My brother's iPhone shows 0 Bytes available. I am trying to use iFunbox to see what is occupying so much space. We know that the songs and pictures/videos are not occupying all the space.
The phone is jailbroken.
I found lot of files as shown in attached screenshot.
Can anyone tell me If i can delete them manually ?

Clean restore, setup as new and jailbreak again, period.

Or perhaps try iCleaner from Cydia

At some point as you are deleting files in your manner, the phone will refuse to boot requiring a restore.

Those look like they might be played podcasts.

those are peer to peer files from Itransmission maybe ? or some other peer to peer service
